Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations incur a 70% fee; no-shows are charged in full. Emergencies are considered with discretion. Please contact us by phone or patient portal for changes.
Fees
All services are fee-for-service and tailored to each patient. A detailed estimate is provided before treatment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, HSA, and FSA accounts.
Insurance
We are an out-of-network boutique medical practice. While we do not bill insurance, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. All consultations and treatments are private pay to ensure personalized, unrestricted care.
Our Hours
We operate by appointment only, offering flexible scheduling Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Select weekend appointments may be available upon request. Concierge service options are also available for qualifying patients.
